Dilip Kumar Marik of Chhinnamsta Rural Municipality-5 of Sapatri district has been working as the secretary of the organization. A graduate on education subject Dilip has experience of working in various projects. Dilip Marik also represents the oppressed community within the Dalit community. Mari is also the founding member of DSMN. Marik is currently working in Chinnamasta Rural Municipality. Active in the field of dalit rights, Marik participates in all social activities.
